Camp Pre-Registration Request 2026
We were created to worship! Set aside five days of your summer to abide in the tangible presence of our God. This is an opportunity to grow closer as a youth ministry and build relationships with others across our community who love Jesus. Not to mention the amount of FUN we’re going to have!
STEP 1 - Submitting a Pre-registration Request
- Please fill out and submit a Camp Pre-Registration Request.
-
- Basic information will be collected on the form.
- You will be asked to select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd week of choice. Please select different weeks for each choice.
- You will include the total number of spots needed, both campers and counselors.
- All requests will still be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- PFYouth will process the request and respond with an email approval for the week your group is approved to attend.
-
- Our prayer is to provide you with approval by the end of the year.
- After receiving approval, you may start promoting your approved week of camp
-
-
Step 2 - Reservations and Deposits
- Online reservations and deposits will open on Feb 2nd at camptrak.studentlifeportal.com
-
- Only approved pre-registration requests will be opened.
- You will NOT be allowed to register for more spots than approved.
- Additional spot purchases must wait until all registration approvals have been processed and received
- Once spots open, you will have until Feb 10th to pay your deposit online.
- After Feb 10th, any group with unpaid requests will forfeit your spots.
-
Will spots become available if a group does not pay?
- After Feb 10th, any group with unpaid requests will forfeit their spots.
- At that time, spots will become available
- Groups will need to submit a pre-registration request for open spots.
What system will be used for reservations and deposits?
- All reservations and payments will be collected in CampTrak.
How will the hotel overflow work?
- PFYouth will be booking and managing the overflow hotel reservations.
- The price will be $286 per person. This price includes all leaders as well.
- All groups in the hotel will be expected to provide at least 4 people per room per gender.

Are visitors allowed at summer camp?
For the safety of all campers and counselors, PFYouth Summer Camp is a CLOSED camp! Visitors are not permitted. This includes ALL individuals not registered for attendance during that week of camp!
- According to the state of Florida, all adults (18 or older) on MPG property must have an approved Level 2 Background Check registered with Masterpiece Gardens under the Department of Children and Family (DCF).
- Students are not permitted to visit the campground at any time. The only students allowed on the property must be registered as campers for the specific week they plan to attend.
- Only visitors approved by the Pen Florida Youth Ministry Staff and/or the PFYouth Directors are permitted to be on campground property.
Gender Designation at registration
All reservations require a gender designation at the time of purchase. This is to help us maximize the space available. According to our policy, a Gender designation must be based on the participant’s birth bilogical sex.
Reservations are not interchangeable unless approved and adjusted by the PFYouth team.

Is there a Drop Date?
On or before drop date
- You will be able to drop camp spots by the indicated date for each week.
- If you have 50 or more registrations and you drop less than 10% of your original spots:
- The amount previously paid will remain on your account.
- The final balance due will be reduced to show only the spots needed.
- Groups of 50 or more that drop over 10% of their original registration number will lose their $50 deposit for all dropped spots.
After the drop date
- You must pay in full for all spots you reserve for camp.
- If pfyouth is able to sell those spots before camp starts, then your group will only lose the $50 deposit per dropped spot.
- A group that drops entirely from camp will forfeit their deposits.
