Youth Administrative Assistant (Part/Full-Time)
Basic Description: We are looking to expand the PFY team by bringing on an additional Part-Time Administrative Assistant, who may eventually become Full-Time. The minimum pay will be $15 an hour, but a higher amount may be considered based on the level of education/experience. We prefer to have a qualified applicant with at least 3 years of experience.
Location: The candidate must be willing to hold office hours in Lakeland, Florida, as this is not a remote position.
Experience:
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Event coordinating.
- Accounting.
- Multitasking.
- Must be very kind and patient on phone calls and emails. This is a very fast-paced environment.
- Travel will be needed to attend all youth events offsite. This may require some weekends, but comp time will be provided.
- Lead event registration/teams.
- Work well within a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain or learn a level of business negotiations.
- Must operate with a high level of commitment and integrity.
- Must abide by the Youth Ministry Culture Guide.
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Adobe Acrobat
- Google Drive – Sheets and Docs.
- Data entry.
- Experience or learn to use a Macbook, Photoshop, Indesign, minor Graphic Design, website editing, the database Arena by Shelby Systems, and Trello task management software.
Education:
- Associate of Arts, but prefer a Bachelor’s.
Seasonal/Summer Campground Staff
Basic Description: We are looking to hire qualified individuals to work for the summer at Masterpiece Gardens. The minimum pay will be $12 an hour, but a higher amount may be considered based on the level of education/experience.
Location: The candidate must be willing to drive to and from work in Lake Wales, Florida, as this is not a remote position. Housing is not included.
Responsibilities: The primary jobs are food service in the kitchen/cafeteria. Some maintenance work would also be included.
This is a great opportunity to influence students and kids for 9 weeks of the summer.
Production Team Members (Volunteer/Seasonal)
Basic Description: We are looking to expand the PFY team by adding a few Volunteer Production Team Members. This is a volunteer position, but depending on the level of education/experience, it may become a seasonal paid position.
Direct Report: The candidate will answer to the Event Producer and the Production Lead
Experience:
- Strong Media Skills: sound, lighting, visual, camera, and/or ProPresentor
- Multitasking
- Travel will be needed to attend all youth events offsite. This may require some weekends
- Work well within a collaborative team environment
- Must operate with a high level of commitment and integrity
- Must abide by the Youth Ministry Culture Guide
Social Media Content Creator (Volunteer/Seasonal)
Basic Description: We are looking to expand the PFY team by adding a Volunteer Social Media Content Creator. This is a volunteer position, but depending on the level of education/experience, it may become a seasonal paid position.
Location: This is a remote position and can be done from anywhere.
Direct Report: The candidate will answer to the Social Media Manager.
Experience:
- Strong Social Media Skills.
- Multitasking.
- Travel will be needed to attend all youth events offsite. This may require some weekends.
- Work well within a collaborative team environment.
- Must operate with a high level of commitment and integrity.
- Must abide by the Youth Ministry Culture Guide.
Camp Photographer (Volunteer/Seasonal)
Basic Description: We are looking to expand the PFY team by adding a Volunteer Photographer. This is a volunteer position, but depending on the level of education/experience, it may become a seasonal paid position.
Direct Report: The candidate will answer to the Event Producer.

- Strong Photography Skills.
- Learn to use Adobe Lightroom or similar editing software.
- Experience with Sony A-series cameras or provide your own high-quality camera equipment.
- Provide a quick turnaround for social media posts while on-site for events.
- Experience with Google Drive for uploads of all content.
- Travel will be needed to attend youth camp.
- Work well within a collaborative team environment.
- Must operate with a high level of commitment and integrity.
- Must abide by the Youth Ministry Culture Guide.
Videographer/Editor (Volunteer/Seasonal)
Basic Description: We are looking to expand the PFY team by adding a Volunteer Videographer. This is a volunteer position, but depending on the level of education/experience, it may become a seasonal paid position.

- Learn to use Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Experience with Sony A-series cameras or provide your own high-quality camera equipment.
