What is RISE YC?

RISE Youth Conference brings together a diverse community from many different cities, but all united under one name: JESUS.  We would love for you to join us for a powerful weekend with other students & pastors from across Florida. Together, we will worship the Name that is above all names and celebrate the advancement of God’s kingdom in our state! It would be our honor to serve you at Rise Conference, November 17th-18th.

What is EDCONF?

Empowerment Conference & RISE YC are BACK-TO-BACK on the same weekend. Students will get fired up and trained as Campus Missionaries (aka student leaders) and then get an opportunity to help and minister at RISE!

If you want to learn more about the Holy Spirit, creative evangelism, & party with campus missionaries from all across FL, then we would love for you to join us for our Empowerment Conference this fall! This is a unique experience because it is truly peer-to-peer empowerment!

Who can attend?
  • The target audience is 6th grade and up.
  • Everyone is welcome, from large groups to individual attendees.
Will there be childcare provided?
  • No. Families are extremely important to us. However, there will not be childcare provided during the conference.
  • Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend RISE.

When does check-in and At-the-Door Registration open?
  • Check-in and At-the-door registration will be open at 9:00 am and 3 pm on Friday, November 17th.
  • Also, it will be open on Saturday morning, November 18th, at 8:00 am.
  • You can find it through the lobby of the hotel into the conference center. Please look for signs that display Conference check-in and registration.
When does EDCONF begin and end?
  • Check-in begins November 17th at 9:00 am.
  • You do not want to miss the opener. Main doors open on Friday, November 17th at 9:30 am
  • We will break on Friday, November 18th, at 3:30 pm. Afterward, we will join RISE YC.
When does RISEYC begin and end?
  • Check-in begins November 17th at 3:00 pm
  • Preferred Seating opens Friday, November 17th at 7 pm
  • Main doors open on Friday, November 17th at 7:15 pm
  • We will close the conference Saturday, November 18th, at 5:00 pm
Will food be provided?
  • EDCONF will provide Lunch on Friday.
  • All other meals are NOT included in the registration price.
  • Food will be available for purchase, and there will be food vendors in the hotel.
  • ALL OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONFERENCE CENTER!
Where do I eat during the conference?
  • The hotel has many options for food during the entire event.
  • Local restaurants are also available, but travel may be a little tricky to get there and back.

What is Friendsgiving?
  • Friendsgiving is on Friday evening after the service. This is a perfect time to get together as a community.
  • This will be a great time with fun activities.
  • If you want food during this event, you must buy a meal ticket during registration.

 

What should I bring?
  • Your friends, students, and leaders.
  • Money for merchandise and food.
  • Bring the fun and excitement!
How do I access the promotional materials?

We have provided a link to a download folder. Grab the graphics and videos to promote the conference for your group.

How do I reserve lodging and how much is it?

We encourage everyone to book rooms in the Conference hotel block at Rosen Shingle Creek. This will help us meet the required room block for PFYouth.

This will be the best experience for your entire group. The group rate is only $132 per room per night.

Is there free parking available at the Rosen Shingle Creek?

Unfortunately, there is a $15 parking fee per night!

If you are not staying in our room block at the hotel, the parking fee is $40 per vehicle per night.

How do I contact PFYouth if I have a question?

What is the cost of the RISEYC + EDCONF COMBO Tickets?
  • Super Early Admission is $90 per person (by October 16, 2023).
  • Early Admission is $100 per person (by November 2, 2023).
  • Online Admission is $110 per person (by November 13, 2023).
  • Onsite Admission is $140 per person (after November 13, 2023).
  • 1 Youth Alive Pre-Order shirt is free with each combo ticket!
  • 1 Preferred Seat is Free with each combo ticket.
  • Rise, Pre-Order Shirt is $20 each (by November 2, 2023).
What is the price of the RYC ticket only?
  • Super Early Admission is $70 per person (by October 16, 2023). *Hurricane extension
  • Early Admission is $80 per person (by November 2, 2023).
  • Online Admission is $90 per person (by November 13, 2023).
  • Onsite Admission is $100 per person (after November 13, 2023).
  • Pre-Order Shirts are $20 each (by November 2, 2023).
  • Preferred Seats are $15 each.
What is included in the conference registration?
RISE + EDCONF COMBO TICKET:
  • Conference admission includes all sessions from 10 am Friday to 5 pm Saturday, activities, and after-party.
  • Free Priority Seating
  • A Free Youth Alive Pre-Order Shirt

 

RISE ONLY TICKET:
  • Conference admission includes all sessions from 6 pm Friday to 5 pm Saturday, activities, and after-party.
  • It does not include meals, although food will be available at the Rosen Shingle Creek.
  • It also does not include transportation or lodging. We recommend booking your hotel rooms at Rosen Shingle Creek for the best experience.
Will there be any extra fees?
  • The registration fee does NOT include merchandise purchases (unless preordered), transportation, food, or lodging.
  • Please come prepared for extra purchases.
When does online registration close?
  • Super Early Admission closes on October 16, 2023.
  • Early Admission closes on November 2, 2023.
  • Online Admission closes November 13, 2023.
  • At-The-Door Admission stays open.
  • Prepaid Preferred Seating is available at all times.
  • Prepaid/Preordered T-shirts ends November 2, 2023.
Can I pay At-the-door?
  • Yes, At-the-door is available.
  • The Combo Ticket is $140 per person.
  • Rise YC is $100 per person.
  • EDCONF is $40 per person.
  • The preferred setting is available.
What happens if I pre-order a t-shirt?

At check-in, you will be given a card that must be redeemed at the PFYouth Merch Booth.

What happens if I buy Preferred Seats?
  • At check-in, you will be given a special wristband.
  • Friday, November 17th – Preferred seating will enter the auditorium at 7:00 pm.
  • Saturday, November 18th – Preferred seating will enter the auditorium at 8:45 am and 1:45 pm.
  • A special entrance will be on the main auditorium’s right side.
  • No extra seating can be saved until after general seating enters the building.
  • Preferred seating purchases can only reserve the seat that they are occupying.
Is there a special price for the Youth Pastor?
  • Youth Pastor and Spouse will receive a special gift at check-in.
  • 30+ attendees, the Youth Pastor, and the Spouse will receive FREE admission.
Is there a special price for Lead Pastors?
  • Lead Pastor and Spouse are Free.
  • Both the Lead Pastor and Spouse must be in attendance to receive the 2 Free tickets.
  • If only the Lead Pastor or the Lead Pastor’s Spouse can attend, then only 1 Free ticket will be provided.
  • If neither can attend, the group will not receive the Free tickets.
Is there a special price for groups?
  • There is no special price for groups.
  • All tickets are the same price.
Are there day passes or session passes available?
  • There is no special day or session passes available.
  • All attendees must pay the total price even if they can not attend the entire event.
When will I receive my ticket / wristband / lanyard?
  • A receipt is sent immediately to the email used for online registration. This receipt will be your ticket at check-in.
  • All wristbands will be handed out to the group leader at onsite registration.
  • All t-shirt cards will be given to the group leader at onsite registration.
  • Lanyards will be provided to Youth Pastors at onsite registration.
What is the refund policy?

After the Super Early deadline on October 16th, all tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable within your group.
