What is YTHCONF?

Youth Conference brings together a diverse community from many different cities, but all united under one name: JESUS.  We would love for you to join us for a powerful weekend with other students & pastors from across Florida. Together, we will worship the Name that is above all names and celebrate the advancement of God’s kingdom in our state! It would be our honor to serve you at Youth Conference, November 8th-9th.

What is EDCONF?

Empowerment Conference & YTHCONF are BACK-TO-BACK on the same weekend. Students will get fired up and trained as Campus Missionaries (aka student leaders) and then get an opportunity to help and minister at YTHCONF!

If you want to learn more about the Holy Spirit, creative evangelism, & party with campus missionaries from all across FL, then we would love for you to join us for our Empowerment Conference this fall! This is a unique experience because it is truly peer-to-peer empowerment!

Who can attend?
  • The target audience is 6th grade and up.
  • Everyone is welcome, from large groups to individual attendees.
Will there be childcare provided?
  • No. Families are extremely important to us. However, there will not be childcare provided during the conference.
  • Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend Youth Conference.

When does check-in and At-the-Door Registration open?
  • Check-in and At-the-door registration will be open at 9:00 am and 3 pm on Friday, November 7th.
  • Also, it will be open on Saturday morning, November 8th, at 8:00 am.
Will food be provided?
  • We will provide a complimentary Lunch on Friday and Saturday.
  • All other meals are NOT included in the registration price.
  • There will be food trucks throughout the weekend.
  • ALL OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONFERENCE VENUE!
Where do I eat during the conference?
  • The area has many food options during the entire event.
  • ALL OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONFERENCE VENUE!

 

What is the Block Party?
  • The Block Party is on Friday evening after the service. This is a perfect time to get together as a community.
  • This will be a great time with fun activities.
  • There will be food trucks available for the evening Block Party.

 

What should I bring?
  • Your friends, students, and leaders.
  • Money for merchandise and food.
  • Bring the fun and excitement!
How do I access the promotional materials?

We have provided a link to a download folder. Grab the graphics and videos to promote the conference for your group.

How do I reserve lodging and how much is it?

We encourage everyone to book rooms in the Conference hotel blocks. This will help us meet the required room block for PFYouth.

This will be the best experience for your entire group.

Is there free parking available?

Yes, there is free parking at the Church..

How do I contact PFYouth if I have a question?
Can we have one of the Youth Directors speak at our church?

Yes, we have an online speaking request form located here at this link. Fill out the form and we will respond to the request.

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

What is the cost of the Youth Conference Pass?
  • Super Early Admission is $80 per person (by Oct 2nd).
  • Early Admission is $95 per person (by Oct 17th).
  • Regular Admission is $110 per person (by Oct 31st).
  • Onsite Admission is $130 per person (after Nov 8th).
  • Pre-Order shirt is $20 (by Oct 31st)!
  • Preferred Seat is $15.
What is included in the conference registration?
YTH CONF  TICKET:
  • Conference Admission includes all sessions from 10 am Friday to 5 pm Saturday.
  • Friday Lunch
  • Friday Block-Party
  • Saturday Lunch
  • Saturday Concert
Will there be any extra fees?
  • The registration fee does NOT include merchandise purchases, transportation, or lodging.
  • Please come prepared for extra purchases.
When does online registration close?
  • Super Early Admission closes on Oct 2, 2025.
  • Early Admission closes on Oct 17, 2025.
  • Regular Admission closes Oct 31, 2025.
  • At-The-Door Admission stays open.
  • Prepaid Preferred Seating is available at all times.
  • Prepaid/Preordered T-shirts ends October 31, 2025.
Can I pay At-the-door?
  • Yes, At-the-door is available for $130 per person.
  • The preferred setting is available at the door.
What happens if I pre-order a t-shirt?

After check-in, the church leader can pick up your church’s order at the PFYouth Merch Booth.

What happens if I buy Preferred Seats?
  • For 2025, there is a preferred seating entrance and you will be provided a special wristband for each ticket.
Is there a special price for the Youth Pastor?
  • Youth Pastor and Spouse will receive a special gift at check-in.
  • If you have 30 or more attendees, you will receive 2 FREE passes. This is intended to be a blessing to the youth pastors. However, we also want to bless the 30+ groups that may not have a YP as well.
Is there a special price for Lead Pastors?
  • Lead Pastor and Spouse are Free.
  • The Lead Pastor and Spouse must attend to receive the 2 Free passes.
  • If only the Lead Pastor or their Spouse can attend, then only 1 FREE pass will be provided.
  • If neither can attend, the group will not receive the Free pass.
Is there a special price for groups?
  • There is no special price for groups.
  • All tickets are the same price.
  • 30+ will recieve an additional 2 free tickets.
Are there day passes or session passes available?
  • There is no special day or session passes available.
  • All attendees must pay the total price even if they can not attend the entire event.
  • If there is a specific need please contact us at youth@penflorida.org.
When will I receive my conference pass / wristband / lanyard?
  • A receipt is sent immediately to the email used for online registration. This receipt will be your conference pass at check-in. You can also download your tickets from that receipt.
  • Lanyards will be handed out to the group leader at onsite registration.
  • All t-shirt cards will be given to the group leader at onsite registration.
  • Wristbands will be provided to Youth Pastors for their Preferred Seating.
What is the refund policy?

After the Super Early deadline on September 25, 2025, all tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable within your group.
