YOUTH LEADERS AND CREATIVE CONFERENCE

Youth Pastors, Leaders, and Creatives from all over the state of Florida come together to be encouraged and challenged to lead in our ever-changing ministry roles. The primary goal of this event is to equip leaders in our community in the most effective way possible. We bring in premier leaders from around the country to invest in our community. Additionally, this is an incredible moment where most leaders are able to focus on themselves rather than their youth ministries.

Calvary Christian Center - 1687 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174

EVENT ATTENDANCE:

In a typical year, we will see 300-400 in attendance. Youth Pastors, Adult Leaders, and Lead Pastors all attend this event.

FINE ARTS FESTIVAL

Students from all over the state of Florida come together to develop their ministry gifts. Our festival provides them with an opportunity to be evaluated by Fine Arts professionals. They are scored based on their performances and compete with their peers. These students will develop their gifts in several of our 82 different categories. The main divisions include: Art, Communication, Dance, Drama, Instrumental Music, Vocal Music, and Writing.

EVENT ATTENDANCE:

In a typical year, we will see 2,000 student participants. There are over 3,500 people in total attendance. Over 150 churches from our community join us. Students from 13-18 years old, Adult leaders, Parents, Youth Pastors, and Lead Pastors all attend this event.

YOUTH CONFERENCE

We are bringing two events together into the same venue on the same weekend. They will remain as separate events, but the promotional opportunity is twice the exposure. Empowerment Conference equips and empowers our student leaders to make an impact. The entire event focuses on Holy Spirit empowerment, evangelism, and outreach. Youth Conference brings our youth ministry community together to worship the name of Jesus in a fun and presence-driven environment.

Peabody Auditorium: 600 Auditorium Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32118

EVENT ATTENDANCE:

In a typical year, we will see 2,500 - 3,000 people in attendance. Over 120 churches from our community join us. Students from 13-18 years old, Adult leaders, Youth Pastors, and Lead Pastors all attend this event.

Please provide a rooming list of all individuals who will be on your team. If the names change after you submit the application, no worries, just email youth@penflorida.org to update your information. Include a different name for every space. This information is required for us to secure your hotel reservations.

PFYouth Volunteer Mantra:

This is an amazing opportunity to serve and make a huge difference in the lives of young people from all across Florida. It would be our honor to include you in the volunteer team for our PFYouth events. However, we do expect our volunteers to be a step above average, especially in their attitude. Our volunteers must be hardworking, high-energy team players who do not allow “boredom” or “frustration” to show on their faces. By volunteering at our event, you represent the entire Pen Florida District. For this reason, we ask you to please make sure you are bringing students who are mature and experienced enough to serve with excellence.
