Canada – AGWM
STL Project #36857-1 | started in September 2023
The Great Mission Field to the North!
Quebec is considered North America’s largest unreached people group. Only 0.7% of the population know Jesus personally. Most people in Quebec have never personally met a Jesus follower? And as the apostle Paul said, how can they hear if no one is sent to tell them?
God “called” Bruce to missions in 1984 while on a mission outreach in Germany. As of this year, he celebrated 36 years of missionary service; the call of God has taken him to many lands! Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Slovenia, Wales, and even the “nonexistent land” of the internet, where half the world’s populations live more than six hours daily.

Jason & Jennifer Libby
Emergency Services Chaplains – AGUSM
STL Project #37167-1 | started in April 2024
On November 12, 2022, Jason traveled to the U.S. Virgin Islands with PF Men’s Ministries. During that trip, Pastor John Hensel shared with him the importance of utilizing church teams in ministry and as a tool of discipleship. That night, Pen Florida Disaster Response was formed.
For many years, Dr. Terry Raburn prayed for a leader who would have boots on the ground to make sure that our churches are restored as quickly as possible. Pastors should be able to focus on caring for their communities rather than building projects.
Jason gained an Emergency Services Chaplaincy Endorsement to better serve our district in this capacity and became the coordinator for Pen Florida Disaster Response. We are constantly working to build a strong network of people and resources, provide crisis training, and help our churches during these times of crisis.

Rachael Hall
Cambodia – AGWM
STL Project #37172-1 | started in April 2024
In the junior year of college, God used the outline of Cambodia to call Rachael, and she clung to that vision for five years, until He first brought her to this beautiful country.
She has a great passion for the Word of God and for studying it by inductive study methods. Her hope and desire is to help pastors ministering in the Cambodian countryside to fall in love with it as well. This passion will overflow to their congregations, and subsequently their communities. Her desire is to see entire regions of a Buddhist country on fire for the one true God, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Team and CP Vehicle and Equipment – Special Project
STL Project #36740-1 | started in April 2023
40% of the world’s population remains unreached. Every day thousands die having never heard the gospel. Live Dead is an initiative to plant churches among unreached people groups (UPGs). With the mission of dying to self so that 3 billion people without access to the gospel can hear about the love of Jesus, Live Dead missionaries serve on teams in the least reached places of the world. They need our help to get the equipment and supplies they need! Therefore, we are giving $12,000 to each of the 9 regions. PFYouth will send disciples to make disciples.

Eric & Janeen Fisher
Madagascar – AGWM
STL Project #37257-1 | started in May 2024
After raising four amazing kids, the Lord called the Fishers to step away from pastoring a church in the Florida Keys and answer the call to Madagascar.
The Africa region’s mission is to establish “A healthy church within walking distance of every African.”
There is a stirring of the Spirit in Madagascar. The need to raise up and equip church planters, children’s workers, and ministers across the nation is being met by an emerging missions team. As major cities grow and modernize, the church must respond. Urban Tribes seeks to reach and equip an emerging generation by planting relevant, high impact churches.

Zack & Dania Rix
Honduras – AGWM
STL Project #37451-1 | started in September 2024
The Rix family is actively planting a church in the community of Bajamar, just outside of Puerto Cortes. They are seeing souls saved and discipled among the people there. When God first call Zach and Dania back to Honduras, he put this phrase in their hearts, “Reach a generation and you can reach a nation.” They have a passion to reach at-risk kids with the love of Christ and to help show them a better future. Partnering with a local church in San Pedro Sula, Centro de Vida or Life Center, was established as an after-school program. The Rix Family was able to oversee the building of 3 churches, and they also were able to put new roofs on two other churches. More church plants along the coast have been identified for possible building projects. Also, currently a two-story dormitory and library building is underway at the Bible School in Tocoa, and a school for deaf children is being built in San Pedro Sula.

They run an after school conversational English club that presents the Gospel in a fun and interactive way to local kids.
