SCREENING FINAL STEP

This MUST be done AFTER completing your Level 2 Live Scan at a DCF approved vendor. Masterpiece Gardens cannot verify your Level 2 Live Scan screening until they receive this faxed form

Payment FAQ

If you pay online and the camp is at capacity, you will be contacted by the PFYouth office and be placed on a first in/first out waiting list. Forfeited beds can not automatically be claimed by new campers on registration day. Registration funds will be refunded if a bed is not available. If the camp is at capacity then a hotel option is possible. Church leadership must be in agreement and hotel supervision and transportation to and from camp are the responsibility of the individual church.
