What is FUSION Conference?
FUSION is a student conference that seeks to empower, equip and send students into their cities to make a positive difference. We want to see this generation filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit with boldness to shift a culture and share the Gospel. Our heart is to see teenagers from across Florida make a marked impact on their schools, their families, and their cities. It is time for this generation to RISE UP and fight for Jesus.

Who can attend FUSION?
Fusion is designed for junior high (6th-8th grade), high school (9th-12th grade), and college-age (18-22) students. Adult student ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with the students they lead. We also allow groups of Youth Leaders to register without bringing their students if they’d like to attend with a leadership/team building focus.
Lead Pastors and their spouses will receive complimentary registration.
When does the event begin and end?
Although early registration and check-in will begin on Friday, November 17 at 3:00 p.m., the first session of the conference will not take place until 7:30 p.m. We open registration and check-in early to help accommodate those that are traveling from out-of-town. The conference will conclude on Saturday, November 18 following the 2:30pm service.
Will there be a sign language interpreter at FUSION?
We will have one available upon request ONLY
Will there be childcare available?
No. While families are extremely important to us, there will not be childcare available during the conference and we are unable to accommodate children. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend FUSION.
What is the cost of FUSION?
Pricing for FUSION is dependent upon whether you are commuting or staying at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort.
Registration for those who stay on-site is $65 with late fees applied after October 13th.
Registration for Commuters not staying at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort is $80 through November 10th. Registration at the door is $85.
What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers your admission to all sessions of the conference, the materials needed for the event. It does not include meals, although there will be discounted food available at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. It also does not include transportation or lodging.
Will there be any extra fees?
Your registration fee covers your conference admission only. You may want to bring additional money to purchase FUSION merchandise and we ask that you pray about contributing an amount towards Speed the Light as well.
Is there a FUSION17 t-shirt?
The official FUSION17 tee will be available for PRE-SALE ONLY. Other tees and product will be available, but the only way to get the FUSION17 tee is to order and pay before October 20. Pre-pay for yours for $12. Non-refundable.
Can registrations be canceled or transferred?
We can transfer registrations, but the first $40 is non-refundable.
How can I register?
Online registration is available for those who wish to pay in full at www.penflorida.org/?p=38243. Online registration is available through 11:59pm on November 10th.
You may also choose to register & reserve lodging via our paper form and pay a deposit to hold your spot. We ask that FUSION hotel room lists are sent no later than October 13th.
Do I have to register now, or can I do it at the door?
Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience. In the likely event that FUSION sells out, we cannot guarantee availability at the door. In addition, hotel rooms will not be available for on-site purchase.
Are there special rates available for large groups?
How do I request group seating for my group?
All groups of 50 or more will have special seating designated for you so you can sit with each other. If you’d like “preferred seating” towards the front you would need to pay the $10 per person fee associated, but spots are limited. Preferred seating will enter the auditorium 15 minutes before regular seating and must be in line for seats. Preferred Seating seats are NOT guaranteed if groups are not present when the doors open.
Are there day or session passes available?
No, day or session passes are not available. We recommend that you reserve your place now by registering in full for the conference.
If I register as a Youth Leader, am I still able to attend all the sessions?
Yes! Every registration gives you access to all sessions, of FUSION Conference.

TICKETS / WRISTBANDS
When will I receive my ticket / wristband / lanyard?
We do not actually give tickets. You may pick up your wristband and/or lanyard when you arrive at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. We will be set up in the Gatlin Ballroom area of the resort.
How do I eat during the conference?
We recommend that you stay on site for meals when possible. There are not many food locations in the immediate vicinity of Rosen Shingle Creek Resort that work conveniently for groups or with our conference schedule. For your convenience, the resort will offer specials in the market for FUSION Conference attendees.
How do I reserve lodging and how much is it?
Rosen Shingle Creek Resort rooms are $115 per night. Rosen Shingle Creek Resort rooms MUST be booked through the PFYouth Office with a PFYouth FUSION Room List. Payment can be made along with FUSION registration – either online or paper form. The Rosen Shingle Creek Resort will NOT field calls for our room block. Hotel Contract restrictions of 4 people per room. Hotel room fees are non-refundable, unless we have groups waiting for rooms. Space is limited.
Do FUSION attendees have to stay at the Rosen Shingle Creek?
No, although we have negotiated special pricing you are welcome to find alternate lodging. The ease and convenience of having the hotel and conference in the same building as well as the discount in registration fees for those staying at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort is a strong incentive.
Is there parking available at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort?
Yes. Ample parking is available at the Rosen Shingle Creek. Parking is free for those attending the FUSION Conference. Please let the parking attendant know you are with the FUSION Conference upon exiting the lot.
